Building on the 2025 course “Masculine Spirituality Without Patriarchy,” this 6-session course will look directly into how desire and spirit are intricately woven together in ways unique to each man’s journey. Unlike the survey quality of the 2025 course, this will take one principal and one secondary resource and delve into how desire and spirit harmonize, though not without dissonance and challenge.

Hosted in collaboration with The Church of St. Paul in the Desert, this session explores the topic of restorative practices with Dr. Joy Zavarich, advisory committee member, retired minister, adjunct faculty, and Associate Director of the Center for Peace and Justice Studies at Villanova University. Dr. Joy will discuss restorative principles and practices, focusing on how it seeks to repair harm, rebuild relationships, and foster healing in communities after a collective conflict or trauma.

Join us for a four-week interfaith study exploring the stories and significance of the prophet Elisha. As a sequel to our Lenten Elijah class, this course continues the journey through the prophetic tradition—though no prior class is required. All are welcome for thoughtful conversation and shared learning across faith traditions.
