Outside Organizations & Vendors
Our campus may be available for rent by outside organizations, non-profits, community groups, and select vendors for meetings, rehearsals, workshops, and special events.
All rental requests are reviewed to ensure compatibility with the church’s values, scheduling availability, and facility capacity.
Important notes for outside rentals:
- Rental fees apply
- Proof of insurance may be required
- Approval is not guaranteed until confirmed
by church staff
Ministry Groups, Teachers & Class Leaders
This form is intended for church ministries, assigned instructors, and class leaders whose classes or programs have already been approved and scheduled through the church.
The purpose of this request is logistical support only.
Please use this form to let us know what resources you need to successfully lead your class or ministry.
Examples include:
- Audio/visual needs (projector, screen, microphone, sound support)
- Printed materials (handouts, worksheets, programs)
- Room setup requests (tables, chairs, layout)
- Request a date/time or room change
Please note:
- This form does not request approval for new classes or instructors
- All classes and teachers using this form have already been assigned
- Requests should be submitted with adequate lead time to ensure support.

Baptism is a sacred step in faith, guided by conversation, preparation, and participation in the life of the church. Those seeking baptism—or parents of children to be baptized—meet with the rector in advance, and adults participate in Baptismal Formation prior to the service.
Weddings

Holy Matrimony is a sacramental expression of our faith, and we joyfully welcome all couples to be married according to the rites and canons of the Episcopal Church.
